About H2O People
H2O People is a collaborative ecosystem dedicated to empowering professionals, organizations and communities in the water and environmental sectors.
Its work focuses on capacity building, social impact and collaboration, helping people and organizations develop the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to respond to today’s water-related challenges.
What is the Skills4Water LMS?
The SKILLS4Water LMS is an online learning platform created to support capacity building, knowledge sharing and professional development in the water sector.
Through this platform, learners can access courses, project-based learning materials, webinars and resources connected to H2O People initiatives, partner projects and sector experts.

Connected to Skills4EII
The SKILLS4Water LMS is one of several sector-specific learning platforms developed under Skills4EII — the Skills Alliance for the Green, Digital and Social Transformation of the Energy Intensive Industries. This Erasmus+ project, funded by the European Union under the Pact for Skills, brings together partners across steel, water, ceramics, chemicals and other energy-intensive sectors to build a shared skills ecosystem for Europe’s industrial workforce.
